About me
Hi, I’m Milena.
I work behind the scenes supporting healers, creatives, and spiritual entrepreneurs with the practical and creative parts of their online work.
Many of the people I support simply need someone they trust to help bring their ideas into form. Whether that means building a website, designing course materials, organizing a launch, or helping manage the small details that come with running a business.
My role is often quiet, but meaningful.
A little about my background
Before working online, I spent many years in hospitality, including managing a spa at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles. That experience shaped the way I work today.
Hospitality is about presence, attention to detail, and creating an environment where people feel supported. I bring that same mindset into my work with clients.
Over time, my path also led me into more creative and spiritual spaces. I completed a shamanic priestess training many years ago, and while my work today is practical in nature, I understand the sensitivity and depth of the healing world.
This combination allows me to support spiritual businesses in a way that feels grounded and aligned.
How I support my clients
My work is a blend of creative, technical, and administrative support.
I help with things like:
• building simple, beautiful websites
• creating visual materials for courses and offerings
• organizing launches and online programs
• managing the small details that keep things running smoothly
Most of my clients are healers, bodyworkers, retreat leaders, and spiritual teachers who prefer to focus on their work while having someone reliable help with the rest.
I tend to work best with people who appreciate a calm, collaborative approach.
Many of my clients prefer simplicity over complexity, and clarity over constant marketing noise.
My role is to help translate ideas into form while keeping the process as smooth and supportive as possible.
If you feel like we might be a good fit…
You’re welcome to reach out and tell me a little about your work and what kind of support you’re looking for.
If it feels aligned, we can take the next step from there.
